puttin my bikes on a diet!

i've got some diet goals for each of my bikes: to drop 340g (0.75lb) off my naked, 227g (.5lb) off my giant, and 680g (1.5lbs) off the niner. the niner will be easy, but the giant and the naked won't be as easy....

to start i pinched the bar/stem and pedals off my xtc for my niner. currently the giant sits at 9090g (20lbs even) that was before i took the bar, stem and that off

the original weight for the niner build was 10060g (22.1 lbs)

i switched out the bar for a lower rise carbon bar and cut down some steerer tube. put on some foam grips too. got it down to 9870g (21.7lbs)

the naked is sitting at 9200g (20.25lbs) with some serious tires. i've got some tires on the way from schwalbe, if they ever get here, that should shed some excess lard

2.4" front tire, 2.6" rear runnin aboot 10-15 psi. carbon bar, Ti bb and pedal axles as well as pretty much every bolt. hovering just under 20lbs
